What do Dental Assistants Do?
You will be an essential part of our clinical team, responsible for:
Chairside Support

Assisting dentists efficiently during procedures

Preparing patients for treatment

Ensuring smooth clinical workflow
Infection Control & Sterilisation

Maintaining strict sterilisation and infection control protocols

Ensuring compliance with current guidelines

Upholding clinical excellence and safety standards
Practice & Clinical Support

What do Dental Receptionists Do?

At Mid North Coast Dental Centres, we understand that exceptional dentistry begins at reception.
We are seeking a warm, organised and professional Full-Time Dental Receptionists who can create a calm and welcoming environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Experience in a medical or dental administration setting is preferred but not necessary.
You will be the central point of coordination for patient experience and clinical flow.
Reception Duties

Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism

Managing appointments and clinician schedules

Handling enquiries confidently and efficiently
Patient & Clinical Administration

Processing patient records

Coordinating treatment plans and follow-ups

Supporting billing and administrative systems
